Medication on prescription
If you have a prescription from your doctor, you can obtain these medications from us. Each prescription is checked by a pharmacist for dosage, possible interactions with other medications, and incompatibilities.
To ensure safe and speedy processing, we require your health insurance card and information about any known allergies and medications you are taking when you fill a prescription.
After a telephone consultation, your doctor can also send the prescription directly to our pharmacy via a secure email address: centralapothekenaters@ifak-hin.ch
Weekly dosing system
We are happy to provide this service for you, which is covered by health insurance if prescribed by your family doctor, and ensure that you can take your medication without any worries.
Every week, we prepare a dosing system with your medication, which is a great help in your everyday life and makes it easier for you to take your medication. Taking your medication correctly and regularly is very important for your health.

The Covid-19 vaccination is recommended in fall/winter for the following groups of people:
People aged 65
and over People aged 16 and over with pre-existing conditions
People aged 16 and over with trisomy 21
Pregnant women - seasonal flu, usually from mid-October to the end of December. One dose of vaccine per year is sufficient.
- Ticks, with the TBE vaccination (tick-borne encephalitis). You need three vaccinations for ten years of protection.

We have a large stock of medications. If your medication is not available, we can usually order it within a few hours or by the next day.

We measure you for compression stockings, advise you on the different qualities, and show you how to use them correctly.
Please come by early in the morning for the fitting. You do not need to make an appointment.
Professional disposal
Spring cleaning in the medicine cabinet
Do you have lots of expired or unused medications at home? Please do not throw them in the regular trash; bring them back to us. We will dispose of the medications for you—easily, free of charge, and professionally.
When returning medications, please be sure to indicate whether the bag contains narcotics or syringes.

Morning-after pill
Do you need emergency contraception?
The likelihood of becoming pregnant unintentionally after a contraceptive failure is high. Without emergency contraception, this risk is 5.5%. Taking the morning-after pill can minimize the risk of becoming pregnant to as little as 0.9%.
To ensure maximum effectiveness, you should not wait longer than 5 days after sexual intercourse. The effectiveness of the morning-after pill decreases with each day you wait.
Therefore, visit our pharmacy as soon as possible. We will explain emergency contraception to you in a discreet and confidential atmosphere.
