2023
Expansion of pharmacy, expansion of health center, modernization of Alpen Apotheke
A year of many changes:
- Central Apotheke Dr. Fallert AG becomes Central Apotheke Naters AG.
- The pharmacy is expanded by around 200 m². The new, light-filled and spacious premises enable optimal working conditions with state-of-the-art infrastructure, including an automatic Rowa dispensing robot.
- A new health center (45 m²) is being created in the Central Apotheke, offering excellent facilities for several therapists.
- In early summer 2023, the Alpen Apotheke will also undergo some renovation and be equipped with five additional drawer units. The front of the store will be modernized and the workstations adapted to meet requirements.
- In November, we celebrated 50 years of Central Apotheke Naters.
2021
Pharmacist Alfred Chappuis takes over
Pharmacist Alfred Chappuis acquires a majority stake in Central Apotheke Dr. Fallert AG. He is the new managing director and owner of Central Apotheke and Alpen Apotheke. Dr. Heinz Fallert remains co-owner and continues to provide advice and support. Nicole Chappuis-Wyss joins the board of directors. Central Apotheke Dr. Fallert AG now employs over 20 people.
2019
St. Mauritius Pharmacy and Central Pharmacy join forces
From October 1, 2019, the St. Mauritius Pharmacy and the Central Pharmacy will be joining forces. The inventory of the St. Mauritius Pharmacy in Naters will be taken over, and pharmacist Claus Deforné will be joining the Central Pharmacy team along with three pharmacy assistants.

Central Pharmacy undergoes complete renovation
During the two-month renovation, a container will be placed in front of the pharmacy so that customers can continue to receive professional and competent advice without interruption.

Pharmacist Alfred Chappuis works as the head pharmacist at the Alpen Apotheke during the winter season.

Alpen Apotheke is moving from Haus Le Postillion to its new premises at Haus Alpen Apotheke and is getting new furnishings.

Opening of the Alpen Apotheke pharmacy in Bettmeralp
On December 15, 1976, the branch in Bettmeralp, the Alpen Apotheke, opens.
1973
Pharmacist Heinz Fallert opens Central Pharmacy in Naters
On November 14, 1973, Dr. Heinz Fallert opens the Central Pharmacy in the Lötschberg Center in Naters. After taking over the inventory of the Venetz Pharmacy, the Central Pharmacy—currently a team of six—remains the only pharmacy in Naters for the time being.
